About Us
Woody's opened in November 2007 and is named after owner Ann Cipriani's gone but not forgotten beagle,Woody. Ann now has three beagles...Sammi, Jasmine and Daisy, a beagle mix.
The idea for a self serve dog wash came from friends in San Diego who mentioned a place they took their dogs to. Since there was nothing like this in the area it seemed like a good fit.
The South Park Dog Park is only 1/4 mile away so this was a good location with ample, free parking and a doggy area.
Woody's then went a bit further and added a healthy pet retail shop. You can bathe your dog, purchase healthy food, specialty treats, unique toys, supplements, grooming products, accessories of all kinds and more!
We then added grooming and in 2010 won the Reader's Choice Bronze Award for best grooming! Our exclusive "Gentle Grooming Policy" assures that your dog will not be caged, will be hand dried, and will be played with until you pick them up.
Woody's is extremely clean, economical, fun and an easy way to clean your dog! We are adoption advocates and work with the local shelters and sponsor events to support pet adoptions.
